The Fine Print

A credit card is required to hold all reservations.
Our current cancellation policy is 30 days notice or you will be charged the full amount (including HST and fees).

We cannot accommodate late check outs. Check out is 11 a.m. and check in is 3 p.m.

Please note: We DO NOT have a COVID cancellation policy and our regular
cancellation policy will apply for all COVID cancellations.

A two-night minimum on weekends is required from May to October + on special event weekends (including ice wine festival). If we are able to accommodate a 1-night stay on weekends there will be a $40 (per room) cleaning charge added to your bill.

A 3.5% service charge will be added to all credit card payments.
A 4% Municipal Accommodations Tax (MAT) will be added to all bookings.
